Join us for our annual November residential featuring, as always, a choice of general and gentle/remedial yoga options and the chance to work with a variety of experienced teachers.
Yoga has many benefits physically, mentally and emotionally. You do not have to be fit, flexible, strong or able-bodied to benefit and enjoy yoga so come and join us for a relaxing weekend filled with yoga, laughter and friendship.
We use a variety of fully qualified teachers from many different schools of yoga with a wide range of experiences, expertise and knowledge to share. Each morning we provide a general yoga session and a gentle/remedial session for those less able or not feeling so good that day with teachers who have undertaken extra training in this area. Both groups come together in the afternoon for sessions that are suitable for all.
Each day will start with an optional early morning stretch (7am-8am) followed by breakfast. Yoga sessions continue throughout the day and participation is voluntary.
There will be some free time for socialising, contemplation or taking a walk in the large well-maintained grounds which has a labyrinth.

The Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) is a not-for-profit company and charity dedicated to bringing yoga to all whether fit and well or disabled and our general events cater for all levels of ability by providing a choice of yoga classes.
We also organise remedial yoga events specifically for those who are not able to participate in general yoga classes.
YHET events feature a wide range of teachers from various backgrounds, all dedicated to making yoga available to all.
