Yoga has many benefits physically, mentally and emotionally. You do not have to be fit, flexible, strong or able-bodied to benefit and enjoy yoga so come and join us for a relaxing weekend filled with yoga, laughter and friendship.
We use a variety of fully qualified teachers from many different schools of yoga. They have a wide range of experiences, expertise and knowledge to share. Each morning we provide a general yoga session and a gentle/remedial session for those less able or not feeling so good that day with teachers who have undertaken extra training in this area. We come together for sessions in the afternoon that are suitable for all.
Each day will start with an optional early morning 7 am stretch followed by breakfast. Yoga sessions continue throughout the day and participation is voluntary.
There will be some free time for socialising, contemplation or taking a walk in the large well-maintained grounds.
