Take time out, slow down & immerse yourself in yoga, pranayama, meditation, kirtan and deep relaxation. Our retreats are carefully crafted not only to develop your practice through alignment-based classes, but to bring you back to your centre through breathing, meditation & deep relaxation. The weekend will recharge you physically, emotionally and mentally, equipping you deal with whatever life throws at you.
There will be space between classes and meals to rest, indulge in a holistic treatment, read a book, go for a walk on the Downs or take a stroll down to the waterfront.

My yoga classes are personal, fun & varied. Anatomy & the structure of postures is key to a safe yoga practice & I provide verbal & hands-on adjustments to bring your body into better alignment, which facilitates skilled strengthening & stretching. I assess each individual & work with all my students to realise their highest potential.
Yoga has had & continues to have a transformational effect on me. Through yoga, I have developed a deeper understanding & awareness of my physical body & breath. It has enabled me to heal injuries & imbalances & to treat my body with the deepest respect.
Yoga has facilitated an understanding of the deeper currents of my mind & spirit, teaching me compassion, forgiveness, acceptance & freedom amongst many other qualities. Yoga keeps me steady & brings abundant joy.
Teaching yoga gives me a profound sense of purpose & fulfilment. I believe that yoga can serve all people from all walks of life & it is my wish to share its gifts to those who wish to travel on an incredible journey of love, happiness & self-discovery.
THE SMALL STUFF
I have completed two RYT-200 Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training programmes and am registered as an E-RYT teacher (experienced yoga teacher) with the Yoga Alliance. I also hold the RYT-500 certification with internationally-renowned Bridget Woods-Kramer. I assist Bridget on her teacher training programmes and teach at Triyoga (London's leading yoga studio) from time to time. In addition, I hold pre- & post-natal, baby yoga & massage & childbirth preparation qualifications.
