Traditional hatha yoga classes for all levels of experience and most levels of fitness and ability
We stretch, strengthen, breathe & relax to nourish body & mind leaving you feeling amazing physically and mentally
Classes follow the Sivananda sequence of variations on 12 key poses (asana) including forward and back bends, inversions, side stretches, balances and twists
Breathwork is integral to the practice, and we close each class with a deep guided relaxation

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 at Round Chapel Old School Rooms, Powerscroft Rd, Lower Clapton, London E5 0PU
