Throw yourself into intensive Hatha Yoga sessions. Harden your Body and Mind with proper yoga sequences. Improve your flexibility and disease resistance with Yoga Shatkarmas and Pranayama Practices.
Get your pulse reading performed by our Ayurveda Specialist to know more about your physical and energy level strengths and weaknesses. Ayurveda Treatments are not included but available for additional fee.
Explore the outdoors with a variety of activities suitable for everyone, from rafting or swimming in the ocean and the river to strolling through the mangroves, jogging on the beach or cycling.
SUP sessions in the afternoons on flat water and waves. Windsurfing Experience is not included but available for additional fee.
DON'T FORGET:
To maximize your ease of travel and enjoy your stay to the fullest we recommend you bring the following:
small torch or head touch (preferable)
bandanna or something light to protect your head from the wind or sun
swimming suit
sun screen
mosquito repellent
small towel
small, convenient day bag to keep your documents and valuables on you during trips
Whilst yoga mats are provided, if you prefer to bring your own please feel free to.

For active, adventurous and physically fit people. Do not expect artificial luxuries, quite opposite, await for beauties of nature, magnificent sky, magical sunsets, refreshing herbal drinks, stand up paddling cruises both on the river and in the ocean.
