My classes are ‘Subtle yoga’ inspired, working with the nervous system through postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation to bring about changes that benefit the body and mind.
My aim is to pass on the traditions and teachings of the ancient art of yoga to my students. Yoga is all about uniting the body, mind, soul and teaches us how to live in harmony with ourselves and others in the world.

And BWY Foundation training.
Further training and ongoing training in yoga and health and well-being.

My classes are suitable for students of all abilities.
Classes combine all aspects of yoga and it's traditions.
