My class is is a mix of yoga & pilates, with a focus on improving our mobility, developing core strength and improving our posture. I give beginner, intermediate and hard options on poses, so students can tailor their practice to their level of ability.
The last couple minutes of the class we close off with some deep breathing/meditation.

Hi there, so I'm a full-time yoga instructor that works within Redbridge, Havering & Central London. My classes consist of a combination of stretches in with core strength work, finished off with meditation at the end. I strive to make my yoga sessions a workout, as I want students to become stronger and more mobile from their practice, but I do also provide beginner & hard options on exercises, to cater to the different fitness levels. My classes are suitable for beginners.
I teach my students how to breathe properly and I emphasize the important of good posture. I teach specific stretches/exercises to improve posture and help relieve students of neck/shoulder or back pain.
