YogaBellies Pregnancy Yoga classes (8 week block) are relaxed and informal and are suitable for all mums-to-be, whether new to yoga or with years of practice. The weekly sessions include yoga postures to build strength and stamina for pregnancy and labour; and breathing techniques and deep relaxation to allow mums to remain calm and focused during pregnancy and birth.
The classes are taught by a fully qualified perinatal yoga teacher.

We make time for a cup of tea, a biscuit and chat - a great way to meet other mums-to-be locally.
All mats, cushions, blankets, drinks, etc are provided. Classes are small to ensure you get plenty of one-to-one attention.
