A lovely friendly class at the beautiful slamsesy Barn in great notley. Classes vary weekly and are based around working with body and breath to help harmonise the mind. All welcome.

Yoga is a great antidote to the stress and strain of everylife and with regular practise you will reap the benefits, more flexibility, stonger body and most importantly less stressed! I teach a varied style and Im influenced by Sivananda/Iynegar and Yin Yoga. Classes are based around breath awareness and each person works to their own level. Meditation evenings/Sunday Chill out workshops/Retreat Days and Full Retreat available. Friendly classes everyone welcome.
