All levels welcome to all classes! Even if you have never tried yoga before, come and give it a go - all you need is an open mind! Classes are strongy influenced by the Ashtanga tradition, as well as including other flows to help warm and prepare the body for deeper postures.
You will learn to move with the breath, as well as develop your strength and flexibility in the core postures and vinyasas of the Ashtanga primary series.Expect your mind and body to be challenged, before finishing the class with a restorative savasana.

Stacey teaches invigorating, dynamic yoga classes, which will leave you feeling strong, flexible and grounded. Classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga so expect lots of movement, and a physically challenging practice!
