I teach Scaravelli style yoga. After many years practicing and teaching my style can be said to be sensible/functional and fun. Yoga develops physical and mental fitness and improves your overall wellbeing. This is a NON-MEMBERS CLASS that I run in the beautiful, fully equiped wellness studio at the Northwood club. Mary Mackie trained with the BWY has many years’ experience of teaching adaptive yoga. Mary is a Yoga therapist and an ex-nurse who runs a yoga therapy practice as well as Scaravelli style hatha yoga classes.
My general classes combine breath and movement enhancing feelings of well-being. YOGA is about AWARENESS - Awareness of the link between body mind and breath
Anyone, regardless of age or fitness can enjoy and benefit from a balanced yoga practice.
