Yoga with Maria is dedicated to offering classes aimed at making yoga safe, accessible and fun, regardless of your level of fitness, mobility, size or shape.
Maria teaches Hatha, slow flow, chair based yoga, yin yoga and Restorative yoga to students of all levels of experience in and around the Lichfield area in public classes and through private tuition on an individual or small group basis.
