Open level class for all abilities. Classes include breathing techniques with asanas( postures). Modifications given. Each class ends with relaxation to restore and renew.
Give yourself some time and space to stretch, relax and breathe....... Expect to leave the class with a sense of physical well being and a feeling of deep peace.

I love yoga! I am so appreciative of the many benefits that practising yoga has brought to me and I feel strongly that everyone deserves the opportunity to give themselves the time to relax, breathe and practice yoga. It can be life changing. It is never too late to discover the benefits of yoga for your body, your mind and your spirit.
I have been fortunate in being able to complete my 200hr teacher training at the Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health, Stockbridge, MA, USA in 2009, under the guidance of two wonderful and inspirational teachers - Sudha Carolyn Lundeen and Jurian Hughes. I have since returned to Kripalu many times & have successfully completed my 500 hr qualification, under the guidance of Sudhir Jonathan Foust, Larissa Hall Carlson and Michel Dalbec.
In 2011 I successfully completed a full Yoga Nidra Teacher Training qualification,gained under the tuition of Uma Dinsmore and Nirplipta Tuli.
