Viniyoga is NOT a style, but an approach to teaching Yoga.
The hallmarks of this particular approach are:-
Careful attention and precise application of the breath
Adaptation/modification of postures according to the student/s
Dynamic as well as static posture work
Careful sequencing of postures
Relaxation techniques
The use of sound
Meditation
Understanding of the philosophy and its use/application in the modern world
One to one tuition is also available that is student specific and respects the unique conditions, needs and interests of the student.

I have been teaching and practicing Yoga for many years and have held the BWY Teaching Diploma since 2007.
During this time, I was introduced to the teachings of Paul Harvey and T.K.V Desikachar and went on to study the
Art of Yoga & Art of Individual tuition with Ranju Roy and Dave Charlton of Sadhana Mala.
I am currently studying a two year course on Ayurveda.
