The Iyengar method focuses on the body's alignment in postures to improve flexibility and strength. The classes are suitable for students of all levels of yoga experience with new things explained to beginners and points added for those with experience to deepen their practice.
These classes are dynamic with standing postures, seated twists and many other postures taught every class, each class ends with relaxation postures.
Classes are small and relaxed, individual attention is given when needed.
