Jan. 2004 I began teaching when my mentor, a Hatha yoga teacher from the Himalayan Inst., told me I should.
March that same year I discovered Diane Long and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. Since then I have studied with her 2, sometimes 3 times each year. I'd love to share with you this amazing undoing of the bodies tension, while learning to use our bodies more intelligently.
