I am an Indian yoga teacher offering Trauma Sensitive/informed yoga classes in Bracknell and Online. I am trained and offer classes in Hatha yoga with emphasis on Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara (Yoga Nidra), Mantra, Meditation and Relaxation techniques and Yin Yoga in one to one and group settings.. I provide private and group sessions mainly on Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga Tools for Transformation, Application of Yoga Philosophy as Self-inquiry .
I been working with people who experienced stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, people experiencing burnout, chronic pain, migraine, fibromyalgia, digestive issues, and insomnia.
