What is Yoga Nidra?
This is a simple practice of lying down, listening and becoming aware of your entire body. The guided practice of yoga nidra helps the body into a deeply relaxed state and encourages the mind to settle. It requires no concentration or effort on your part and all you have to do is listen to and follow the instructions given, with awareness.
