1-hour yoga classes aimed at providing you with a foundational yoga practise that you can employ at any time in your life to support your well-being. Involves asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and meditation practises.

I have been practising yoga since around 2012. My practise has developed and grown over the years and has helped me in so many ways. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2020 to deepen my understanding further and allow me to share all that I love about yoga with you.
My yoga style is 'Hatha', but takes influences from many other styles to develop a holistic approach. No one way is the right way and that's one of the wonders of yoga - it's your practise!
