Sara-mae invites you to join her on the mat and discover inner peace, healing, strength and resilience through yoga.
Practising yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2010 and forever a student of yoga, Sara-mae is continuing her training towards international yoga therapy accreditation, and is governed by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and British Council for Yoga Therapists (BCYT).
Sara-mae teaches from the heart and her yoga therapy sessions will include basic counselling styles, together with traditional yogic tools which include, meditation, mindfulness, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), relaxation and yoga nidra.
A yoga therapy session will incorporate the traditional yogic methods of meditation, pranayama (breath control), asanas and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes offer a flourishing and innovative style of yoga, perfect for modern times and adaptable for ALL, yet still laced with traditional yogic principles.
