This 12-week therapeutic yoga course is specifically designed to target chronic or recurrent low back pain. The gentle and user-friendly programme emphasises self-management by giving you the tools needed to practise at home. It will help you to gently and progressively go back to a more active life. This course is based on the world’s most significant yoga research study which proved that yoga can significantly improve back function when compared to usual care. .

Epsom Yoga

Since completing my teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga, the governing body for yoga in England, I have never stopped learning through my personal practice and study. I have gained further qualifications in yoga therapy with a particular interest in back pain, restorative yoga and meditation. It is through yoga that I have developed a keen interest in the human body and the power of the mind. I believe yoga can be a powerful tool of transformation for our entire lives, at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
