Yoga for Conditioning will help increase mobility, strength, flexibility and stamina. Yoga can also prevent injury, improve recovery, reduce stress and promote alignment and body awareness. Adventurous couple and avid foodies, Amanda & John are Yoga Mix. Their Yoga Mix studio in Canonmills offers Group, Corporate and Private Classes along with Yoga Workshops. Private and Corporate Yoga classes can also be taken at your venue. Yoga Mix also runs Yoga Retreats throughout the UK and offers Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy.
Amanda and John are both qualified Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga teachers who also have been trained in prenatal and restorative yoga.
