Yoga Therapist Caroline McCarter (RYT 500) offers practical, efficient, and effective tools to structure personalized yoga programs for different needs, such as strength and flexibility, as well as overall health and wellness. Her aim is to bring about the health and mental steadiness most suited to each individual.
Caroline creates a personal yoga practice just for you. She does this by observing and identifying your special needs or conditions and creates a customized yoga program to meet those needs (e.g., scoliosis, asthma, hypertension, etc.).
Besides offering sessions for the healthy individual, Caroline also offers therapy for:
Structural problems such as knees, neck, back, shoulders
Functional problems such as asthma, high blood pressure, constipation, etc.
Women's health: menstruation, menopause, pregnancy - antenatal and postnatal
Caroline's goal in customizing your yoga practice is for you to achieve optimum physical health, to enjoy your program, and to enact positive changes in your life!
