Monday: 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Wednesday: 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Trained originally with BWY in late 70's . Have been teaching for over 40 years both in Surrey and over the last 27 years, Seaton, Devon
Registered Yoga teacher (Elder) with Yoga Teachers Together (formerly IYN)
and former Adult Education Tutor with Devon County Council

Please note two classes listed are on Zoom and one is Seated Yoga at the Gateway. Monday classes are floor Yoga
