Yoga for All

Yoga classes for all levels and ages.

Each class incorporates breathing techniques, postures and sequences.

There are different modifications for each sequence and posture taught so that you can progress at your own level. Each class ends with a deep relaxation that helps body and mind absorb the benefits of the yoga, giving you a sense of deep well-being.

Yoga is the union occurring between the mind, body and soul. Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

Doing yoga is one of the most personally unique forms of exercise you could do since it involves so much self-acceptance, self-awareness and self-discovery. It doesn’t matter if you can touch your toes or not, everyone can take part in yoga and it benefits everybody.

Welcome to Hands on Harmony Yoga and Holistic Therapies in Bolton with Jenny Dowling.

I provide group and 1-1 Yoga classes, relaxing Reiki and Indian head massage treatments, Mindfulness coaching, Corporate wellbeing workshops and Nutritional consultations.

The techniques used will help to relieve stress and tension, help with concentration levels, create emotional and physical wellbeing, promote self-healing and relieve pain and discomfort.

All classes, workshops and treatments are in a beautiful, warm and welcoming space to help you feel comfortable and calm.
