What can yoga do for you? Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress. My aim is to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for you to feel energised, restored and ultimately relaxed. It is designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups and is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. We may find as we “mature and perfect”, our backs stiffen due to gardening or carrying grandchildren; we may have a touch of arthritis in our joints or we may be recovering from hip operations. All of these conditions will benefit from the soft, flowing movements of Dru Yoga. All you need is comfortable clothing – may I suggest layers, a mat, (though I can provide one) and perhaps a blanket for the 15min relaxation at the end.
