My name is Karen Wilson and I first discovered yoga 13 years ago. I completed my teacher training with Yoga campus of London in 2011 and have been teaching in the Woking ever since. My main style of yoga is Hatha yoga but draw on other styles to complement the classes. I am also trained as a Relax and Renew teacher (restorative yoga) . I also have experience teaching prenatal and postnatal classes and will soon be undergoing baby yoga training.
