This Monday evening class is an energetic introduction to yoga ideal for both intermediates and beginners. We work through both standing and seated yoga postures with an emphasis on working at your own pace and resting when necessary. At the end of the class there is a long relaxation.
The class is a drop-in class, so no need to book - just turn up and join in!
