Soulful Yoga Flow
This 75-minute class is an extended version of our popular Yoga Flow class with more emphasis on Pranayama (breath) and Savasana (relaxation). Fully immerse yourself in the yogic traditions through a series of postures, standing and seated asanas, pranayama (exploration of breath) and a relaxing Savasana to close. This practice is a total treat for the soul.
TRX Yoga
In this class we strengthen and lengthen muscles in the body and balance the mind! Sequences incorporate the TRX system for support and a tool for added challenge, emphasising core stability, strength, balance, and flexibility. We are confident that TRX Yoga will leave you feeling confident, empowered and aligned.
Dynamic Yoga Flow
Fast-paced, more dynamic yoga flow class for those who want to inject energy, strength and power into their practice. This class focuses on functional movement through a spirited vinyasa flow and will leave you feeling buzzed with endorphins.
