Traditional hatha yoga classes for relaxation, restorative. Friendly and welcoming yoga asana ( postures) and pranayama (breathing)
Classes are shaped around particpants but based on Ruth's own personal yoga practice (Sivananda and Vinyasa flow)
Classes start with relaxation/meditation followed by asana practice then relaxation/yoga nidra and pranayama.

Teach traditional Hatha Yoga (Yoga Professionals/YMCA 500 hour diploma)
25 years teaching experience in health and fitness working in NHS with specialist populations, mental health, eating disorders.
Teach restorative, flow and relaxation yoga classes of asana and pranayama (breathing) and incorporate mindful meditation
