Yoga classes at Fitworx Gym, located in Staines City Centre, are suitable for all ages and abilities. The class is structured to give you a total body workout through Yoga postures.

I am an Indian Yoga teacher with 5 years of teaching Yoga in UK, Poland and India. I currently conduct bi-weekly group classes in Staines. My classes are suitable for absolute beginners and intermediate practitioners of Yoga. Each class is divided into 4 parts: Warm up; Yoga postures that focus on flexibility; Yoga postures for strengthening core; Deep Yogic relaxation. I use props such as Yoga straps which help in doing Yoga postures correctly with ease.
My classes have helped many lose weight, develop core strength, gain flexibility, sleep better and reduce stress.
I also conduct private home classes on request.
