Hatha Yoga with Clare

Hatha Yoga Classes. Wednesday Eve 8 - 9.30 pm.
Mixed ability classes. Everyone welcome.
Classes are a mixed of Pranayama (Breathing), Asana (Postures) and relaxation.
Mats are provided if you need one but please bring a blanket / something warm for relaxation.


Qualifications: BWY (Diploma Holder - Qualified Teachers)
