Choose an experienced teacher with 12 years of teaching locally. My teaching is based on a wealth of yoga experience, gained from nearly 35 years of my own personal yoga practice and from the opportunities over those years to train with a wide range of teachers from a variety of traditions. In my own life, I’ve benefitted immeasurably from yoga’s power to transform. I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, the biggest umbrella organisation for yoga in the UK, and I studied for 3 years to gain a diploma in teaching. In addition, I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, a qualification specifically awarded for teaching adults.
