Hi :) So, maybe you've heard of Yoga, maybe you've wondered about it, or perhaps you've been practising for some time but just want something different???
What we "do" as Yoga Teachers is present to you, the various tools of Yoga (and when we say Yoga, we mean the whole picture, NOT just Asana. We LIVE a Yogic lifestyle, which embraces a Yoga practice, a Vegan diet and a drive to live our truth, amongst many other things! :) Because Yoga is a way of life, not just an exercise which makes you bendy! :)

Both Angie and Ian will turn their hand to anything, whether it's making a decking area in the garden from upcycled wood, baking their own bread, creating their own soundtracks or rolling their own candles, anything is possible!
As well as being multi-talented healers qualified in various modalities, they have an unquenchable sense of adventure and are able to bring that to their gatherings, along with the ability to put people at ease.
A healing journey can embody a Meditation and Talk-Therapy, or Sound Healing and Yoga, Body Work (Massage/Trager) and Crystals....the list of combinations is (almost) endless!
