Our Basic Yoga series introduces fundamental poses, sequences, terminology and concepts, explained for those starting out with their yogic practice. This series is designed for those who have never practiced yoga, or those who have stopped practicing for a while and need a refresher.

Patty Dobson Yoga

I teach playful, steady Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, and Beginners yoga classes that steady flow with static poses, to promote strength and flexibility and encourage moving with awareness.

My classes integrate healthy alignment and syncing movement with one's breath with a gentle exploration of one's body, mind, and spirit.

Classes intend to cultivate and promote physical, emotional, mental, and energetic balance and a greater sense of well-being.
