Hi, I'm Emily. It is a wonderful opportunity to be teaching yoga. Having qualified in hot yoga and the Ashtanga Primary Series as well as Rainbow Yoga, I enjoy teaching a variety of fun, dynamic and quieter classes. It has been a great privilege to have been a full-time-human-being-yoga-teacher since April 2013. My classes include Yin, Restorative, moving flow yoga, Yoga For People with Disabilities, Yoga for Older People, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Teenagers. Beginners are welcome at all of my classes. From slow, gentle reflective yoga classes to fast, sweaty or acrobatic practices, I believe it is our approach that counts and that yoga can help us to practice feeling confident, connected and relaxed in many life situations. Therefore, an underlying theme to all of my classes is an attempt to cultivate a light-hearted and joyful attitude to ourselves, our yoga practice and others in our daily lives. Fortunate enough to have learned from some amazing people including Amy Bramble, Norman Blair, Bo Forbes, Jean Hall, Andrea Kwiatkowski, Kino MacGregor, Joey Miles, David Swenson, Ieva Wildlovebeamer, Gemma Peppiatt and the team at The Hertford Yoga Shala, I continue my life and yoga as best as possible.
