Yin yoga is a practice in which floor-based postures are held for several minutes. By staying in shapes, the
body slowly stretches and softens. Through this stillness, we can become aware of the various sensations
within the body and the fluctuations of mind, emotions and breath. There is an inviting inwards with
qualities of acceptance, calmness and deep peace. The poses encourage you do dive deeper to prepare you for meditation.
