We are a jolly, mixed ability group who like to laugh and enjoy our 90 minutes' practice - but know how to concentrate and focus when an asana requires.
Every session, we work through a series of activities and postures, settle and work with our breath, and finish with a relaxation.

Paula teaches under the name, Yama Yoga. She has been practising yoga since 1997, and qualified as a BWY Teacher in 2016. She has been teaching for more than 12 months as a Student Teacher - and loves it.
