This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners as options will be given to tailor your practice to you, your body and your energy. The yoga I teach isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about moving your body in a way that feels good and taking time out of your busy week for yourself.
You will learn breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, yoga postures to stretch and strengthen, and enjoy blissful guided relaxation at the end of the class.

I’m Louise, I teach yoga to busy women so they can exercise in a way that brings them joy, feel less stressed and spend well-deserved time looking after their body and mind.
With over a decade working in mental health plus two 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualifications, I love combining my knowledge of mental and physical wellness to create yoga classes that soothe the soul.
I have two young children (age 6 and 2), I’m self-employed and studying a Counselling Diploma, so I know what it’s like to put yourself at the bottom of your priority list and never have any time for yourself. Yoga is my go to for exercise, stress relief, relaxation, self-care, mental wellbeing - the lot.
