I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (the governing body for yoga in the UK) for three years, then followed that up with the yoga for pregnancy post graduate certificate. In India, I really found the spirit of yoga in its home. I'm also qualified to deliver the yoga for healthy backs programme with evidence of its effectiveness from clinical research at the University of York. I've been teaching now for over 13 years and specialise in all types of therapeutic yoga - working with stress, anxiety, depression, back pain, arthritis and all kinds of chronic pain.
