General Hatha Yoga, BWY qualified Teacher.
Limbering, stretching, postures, breathwork and relaxation.
Classes are planned in six week blocks - each course begins gently with more flowing exercises, the postures develop progressively over the six weeks.
Booking is essential, as the class size is limited to 8 students.

I have been teaching in Cornwall since 2006, and opened my own private studio in 2009.
I started regular yoga classes with Linda Morley, (BWY DCT and regional officer), who has been my main guiding light. I have practised with other BWY teachers too and have attended many courses and workshops for other styles of yoga including Ashtanga, DRU, Sivananda and Scaravelli inspired. This wealth of experience is reflected in my teaching practice.
