Vinyasa is a style of yoga where postures are linked together in a flowing sequence timed with the breath. I bring breathwork and meditative techniques into all classes, and they can also be fun.
Classes are for all levels and I will make suggestions for modification. I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga is not about achieving a peak expression of an asana, it's about working with own bodies and minds exactly where they're at right now, with kindness and appreciation.
Students experience a release of stress and tension, while building their strength, balance, mobility, resilience and focus.

I'm passionate about yoga and the transformative power it can have on a person's physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I've had my own personal practice since 2006. Becoming a teacher has given me so much new knowledge and growth. I invest heavily in my learning, my practice and my teaching, seeking to be of support to my students' own journeys.
A single class can bring about a deep sense of well-being that has a ripple effect into the rest of your day, for you and for those around you. Maybe one day this will inspire you to build your own home practice, or maybe you're already there, if so I'd love to support your journey.
I completed my training with the amazing Yoga Shakti School (France) for yoga history, philosophy, anatomy and vinyasa. I never intended to teach, I trained to deepen my own practice, but I was so inspired I had to offer teachings. I mostly teach vinyasa, but also teach restorative and yin classes on occasion. I also collaborate with Blissful Dragon Sound Therapy to do a yoga and soundbath evening every couple of months. Reach out for more info or go to the booking page on my website.
