Yoga is my passion and has been for over 20 years. I've tried many different classes and types of yoga, but still completed my teacher training with the first teacher I met when I was 8.
Having practised and taught classes around London, I am very flexible (pun intended) with who and how I teach. I hope we can dedicate the time and effort to improving your practice and that Yoga’s 8 limbs help your life.
