Mel Crisp Yoga

Hi I’m a 200 hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Working and living in the Orpington, Petts Wood areas. I run 3 classes a week daytime and evening. I also offer private 1:2:1 classes for beginners who are nervous of joining a group class or improvers.
I have also undertaken a 40 hour Yoga for Cancer teacher training and hope to offer Yoga classes for the Cancer Community.
