I aim for my classes to be a moving meditation, a place to safely let go and relax, while building strength and flexibility. An "eclectic' mix of styles from Tun to Vinyasa and Kundalini that have evolved from my love of all things yoga as well as Qigong and Kunda Dance. They are aimed at the active beginner and up.

I began teaching yoga in 2009 were I gained my first yoga teachers diploma in Hatha Yoga with Aura Wellness. I then went on to gain my 200 hours teacher training in Vinyasa yoga in South Arica with Haum of Yoga in Pretoria - a truly life-changing experience that deepened both my knowledge and love of yoga. I have been living back in the U.K. for the past five years and teaching weekly yoga classes that mirror my love of yoga flow but also incorporate other styles of yoga. My classes have evolved greatly over the years and have become an eclectic mix of Vinyasa flow, Kundalini, Kunda Dance and Yin yoga, incorporating mantras and pranayama as well as drawing inspiration from TaiCi and Qi gong.
