Inspired by the Ashtanga system, a dynamic and flowing style of yoga, linking breath and mindful movement. Vinyasa flow classes are energetic and uplifting in order to cultivate strength, stamina and flexibility. Due to the pace of the practice, this class is not recommended for complete beginners.

Yoga with Jessica Stretch

Jessica teaches a dynamic flowing style of yoga linking breath and movement aiming to energise the body and still the mind. She chooses to teach small groups in order to build a safe and friendly learning environment where each student receives the attention they need. Jessica encourages her students to approach their practice with curiosity, humour, awareness and an open mind.

Jessica took her first yoga class over ten years ago. She soon noticed its benefits in terms of flexibility and strength but later became aware of its profoundly healing effect on the mind; cultivating and sense of inner-calm and wellbeing. After ten years of practising yoga and meditation in various forms, Jessica qualified as a dynamic hatha yoga instructor in 2010 after completing her certification with the ShivaShakti School of Yoga, US. She is accredited by the UK Yoga Alliance and lives in South East London
