Two hour extended yoga class running once a month on a Sunday. This will be an opportunity to practice a mixture of styles of yoga within the class which will include flowing moves and static postures. We will finish off with a few yin / restorative supported poses which are deeply relaxing for both the body and the mind.
As it is an extended class there will be a longer breathing practice and a longer meditation or relaxation.
Take time out to enjoy a Sunday afternoon where you will feel lovely and stretched out, calm and relaxed. The perfect way to end your week.
Each month we will have a different focus, the first month being the Root Chakra.
