Hi, I do 1 to 1 and small group sessions for Yoga (various styles) and Personal Training. I come to wherever you are, whether that's home or work, where I can run group sessions at lunchtimes or afterwards. I also have access to various sports spaces.
I offer personalised yoga and fitness programmes for you and I also cater for:
pre and post pregnancy fitness and wellbeing
healthy weight loss
fitness, flexibility and strength
specific sports fitness and training
sports and injury rehab
people with limited mobility
