I completed my 200hr Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training in Goa, India.
Yoga has changed my life for the better! I didn't realise the effects stress was having on my mental and physical health. Training in India taught me patience, balance, self-love and (maybe most importantly) how to breathe. I aim to use the yoga lifestyle and meditation to do the same for as many others as possible. I am based in Newport and teach yoga around South Wales.
