Hi, and Welcome to yoga.
We have been teaching yoga since 1971 and have been applying and adapting the principles of yoga.
By using the style of Iyengar, and Anusara as a basis and keeping one's mind open to all things, one can find their 'style'.
We work with the mind first and the body second (postures). With the view that what we think, we become.
